Job Description

InfoSec is looking for someone with a lot of passion in the Information Technology or Cybersecurity space. This position will report to the Information Security Chief of Staff. Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

* Lead, enhance, and maintain the vendor onboarding and contracting process.

* Review and analyze spending data to identify cost savings, VAR consolidation, or vendor merging opportunities.

* Overall management and administration of invoicing. Verification, approvals from legal, invoice reconciliation, and follow through to payment. Ensuring accuracy for budgetary reporting.

* Negotiate and/or administrate licensing agreements, including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues, consolidations, and Infosec budgets and contracts.

* Extract, analyze, and prepare reports to measure key vendors ' value and performance.

Contract Management:

* Evaluate, negotiate, and facilitate the execution of contracts, such as NDAs, orders, SOW, MSA, and related Cyber Security Agreements.

* Prepares proposals/RFP and administers InfoSec purchase/service contracts.

* Analyze the usage licenses, equipment, and supports for each contact. Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, department specifications, requirements, and conformance to master agreements.

* Liaison with technical, finance, or legal teams on matters requiring review.

* Engage with vendors in a contract management capacity and coordinate with Security Leaders to verify their needs. Responsible for managing vendors to facilitate contract renewals and interface with Legal to acquire appropriate approvals.

Budget Management

* Responsible for reporting to upper management on all vendor services, include usage and costs breakdowns by departments and users

* Verifies all aspects of the order, including pricing, to ensure conformance with the InfoSec budget while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

* In collaboration with other team members and under supervision, supports the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning process.

* Serve as a subject matter expert to Operation departments. Provide consultation on financial analysis, productivity tracking, and monthly variances to aid Leaders in managing their department budgets.

* Produce and maintain reports to assist internal management and outside agencies in analyzing financial and operational data.

* Complete all monthly financial reporting accurately and on time

* Collaborate with stakeholders across the health system in data collection efforts

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

8 years of budget experience and/or thorough knowledge of financial systems, corporate policies, and procedures.

Demonstrated supervisory and/or project management experience.

Experience with writing proposals

Strong in Excel and PowerPoint

Work experience in IT or Cyber Security setting
