Insight Global is looking for a Technical IT WMS Analyst for one of their premier clients in North Houston. On a daily basis this person will be working with a team and customer and gathering requirements. Once they take requirements he/she will turn the requirements into solutions, help train end-users, and support the go-live of the application. They will work with Senior leaders to establish goals and operate plans for the department and operates within the budget. Then, he or she will develop functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, and setting of configuration and transaction tables. The company is currently working on building multiple new applications that are customers facing, so the ability to support and help the go-live of new applications is a must. The WMS Manager will help helping mentor other WMS Analyst on the team and help when needed. This person will have end to end experience implementing new WMS systems that are specific to each client. The ideal person should be a go-getter with excellent soft skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
4+ years of experience with the Blue Yonder warehouse modules (JDA / Red Prairie)
4+ years of implementing and supporting technologies like TMS, WMS, EDI, or SCS
Previous experience performing functional analysis by gathering requirements, defining, and configuring applications through User Interface
Experience with 3PL or Third party Logistics
Warehouse Support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
