Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Client Manager II to work for a large investment banking client in Pittsburgh. This role is responsible for the management of a portfolio of accounts. As an account representative, the Client Manager II services accounts within a client relationship and their portfolios. The emphasis on this position is the ability of the candidate to close deals effectively, and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction to the highest standards of the bank.



Primary Responsibilities include:

- Oversee day to day administration of the accounts, the onboarding of new accounts, the coordination of services for assigned high profile clients that will have confidentiality and personal trading restrictions and disclosures associated with them.

- Monitor contractual obligations for these accounts.

- Monitor compliance with Corporate Policies, Best Practices, and Program Procedures.

- Manage collection of fees associated with relationship.

- Assist in responding to third party inquiries by Audit and other firms.

- Manage and oversee client inquiries; resolve situations independently and smoothly as they occur, apprise management of complications.

- Collaborate with business partners to meet client service deliverables.



The role includes but not limited to 1) servicing of client inquiries, escalation of client issues, assisting with conducting annual client reviews from a service delivery perspective, 2) the monitoring and administration of client service issues including SLA's, governing document guidelines and/or indenture guidelines, processing activities, overdrafts, and cash balances, 3) preparing reporting and other activities including specialized client reporting, interfacing with Compliance, Audit, Risk and Legal, as well as to manage and respond to audit requests.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ability to coordinate efforts and initiatives across function;

- Strong problem solving, reconciliation of data and ledgers, analytical and organizational skills required; and excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience with credit agreements and documentation review

- Experience with cash reconciliations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Syndicated loan experience is a plus

- Prior experience in CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) and/or Structured Finance is a plus.
