Job Description
An oil and gas client in downtown Houston, TX, is looking for a HSE Data Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, validating, and maintaining HSE data in centralized HSE Systems of Record for environmental, regulatory, and corporate reporting to ensure compliance and the ability to monitor key performance indicators across HSE management systems. The HSE Data Analyst is responsible for the accurate data gathering, reporting, and submissions of environmental and pipeline safety regulatory required reports to federal and state agencies. The HSE Data Analyst will have a key role maintaining systems of record, documentation in SharePoint sites, and identifying data collection and reporting efficiencies.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Environmental Health & Safety Management, Engineering, OR related
3+ years of experience with environmental data management
Understanding of environmental data/regulation
Strong communication, presentation, and visualization skills to develop reports and presentations for stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in an analyst role
Environmental regulatory experience in oil and gas
