An employer in the Energy Corridor area of Houston, Tx is seeking two entry level Help Desk candidate to work their overnight shift. The two Help Desk resources will be joining a Fueling and Mobility services company that is responsible for delivery cleaner energy directly to fleet owners and is undertaking a large project focused on brining multiple IT applications in to a single global platform - where it's currently only accessible across the state of Texas. The entry level Help Desk resource will be responsible for working the night shift from 8pm - 6am in being the focal POC for any sort of IT and Operations related internal issues. They will also assist with monitoring and reporting IT supply inventory and supporting safety stock limits. The shifts will be 40 hours a week, 4 days on and 4 days off. There will be 24/7 on-call support on the weekends in addition to helping developers with their triages issues when they're off.

Strong communication skills to be able to build relationships with IT team members
Must be willing to work overnight shift from 8pm - 6am, 4 days on and 4 days off with 24/7 on-call support during weekends
Any sort of prior IT knowledge
