Job Description
An employer in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston, Texas is looking for a Openlink Endur Developer. They will design, code, configure, test, debug and document new programs and reports using AVS and JVs languages that enable the desk to trade existing and new products, as well as new EOD process, risk management and migrations. They will also enhance, modify and/or maintain processes in Endur Openlink as well as assisting in resolution of production issues and support. The individual needs to have a strong understanding of Openlink Endur AVS/JVS APIs to develop and enhance scripts, plugins and open components. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills and an analytical approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate would be local to Houston, but they would consider someone who is close to any of their locations.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ Years supporting Openlink Endur AVS/JVS APIs (Version 14 or higher)
Experience Developing & Enhancing scripts and plugins using AVS/JVS/Open Components within Openlink Endur
Ability to Develop Operation Services (Pre/Post/Event Scripts etc)
SQL Skills with a Solid understanding of core Endur Data Model
Knowledge of Connex Framework and Connex-Based interfaces like ICE/IPE Gateway etc.
Experience working with Endur Reval Grid architecture.
Strong understanding of Deal life-cycle in Endur
Experience working with Back Office, Settlement Desktop and Invoicing with Crystal Reports.
Experience with Deal Pricing and Simulations including User Defined Simulation Results (UDSRs)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Deal Modeling in Endur (Holding Instruments, Curve Definition, Date Sequences etc)
Prior experience with Endur upgrade projects.
Business understanding of Commodities trading across various markets (Oil, Gas, Ags, Metals).
