Insight Global is looking for a Digital Delivery Specialist to sit onsite in the Houston Galleria area to support a top EPC firm. This individual will be joining the Transmission and Distribution group. They will be responsible for assisting the project management team and managers by helping develop the digital project management strategy to assist in delivery schedule, and project compliance. This individual will initiate, facilitate and monitor BIM collaboration to ensure 3D models, drawings and project data are joined together to be accessible to the project management team and external clients. The ideal individual will have previously worked in the utility industry, assisted in digital project delivery creation, facilitated BIM coordination, and assisted in digital model presentations for clients.
· Degree from an accredited program in related field.
· A minimum of 7 years of managing complex BIM models across diverse teams. Must have relevant design and software experience, preferably in the Transmission & Distribution industry with an engineering design and/or project management focus.
· A minimum of 7 years of planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across diverse project teams.
· Understands Traditional project deliverables.
· Understands digital delivery software and standards.
· Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various software platforms.
· Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem solving skills.
· Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead and manage.
· Excellent planning and analytical skills.
· Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
Ability to execute and integrate DD into EPC projects.
