- Support day-to-day financial activities, cash reports and cash flow analysis, all tax compliance, reporting, project accounting and financial and monthly, quarterly consolidated financial statements of the company, to include public company filings
- Develop and implement improved internal audit control policies, procedures and financial planning as needed and support and manage automation of key aspects of payables, reporting-related processes and some ad-hoc reporting
- Implement accounting policies and procedures that adhere to governmental financial and tax regulations and comply with GAAP AFRS standards
- Manage the preparation of quarterly/annual financial reports for public company accounting, 10Q and 10K.
Manage processing accounts receivable and collection of
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration with a concentration accounting.
- 5 years of experience in project/cost accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience as an accountant, accounting supervisor or manager.
- Experience with a publicly traded company.
Interest in leading 4 people on the finance and accounting team
