Fully Remote BI Developer

Insight Global is searching for a mid level BI Developer with strong experience in WebFocus to support one of our federal programs. This position will require a background working with Enterprise BI Platforms, solid grasp of data mart structures and SQL proficiency. You will participate as a key member of the analytics and business intelligence team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the analytics infrastructure. This position will frequently engage with the clients working to improve existing reporting and analytical BI products as well as identify new opportunities. This role is best suited for those who enjoy working with tools across the BI stack. Communicate analytical achievements periodically in formal business review sessions and participate in planning sessions with senior leadership.

Must Haves:

* Experience with Tibco WebFOCUS Designer and use of WF Report Caster. (1 - 2 years)

* Proficient with SQL and use of advanced analytical functions.

* Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Enterprise BI tools such as WebFOCUS and SAP Business Objects.

* Sound understanding of business intelligence best practices, relational data structures, data modeling, data mart and reporting techniques.

* Experience with Python or Java scripting a plus.

* Knowledge of SQL Scripting such as PL/SQL a plus
