One of the largest food distribution companies in the world is looking for a Remote Sr Varicent Developer to join their Corporate Technology group. This is a technical, hands-on development role that involves working across different departments to understand business needs and transforming this information into technical solutions. Ideal candidates will have expertise in all phases of application development life cycle in building incentive compensation models, calculations and reports that scale over time, all while balancing accuracy, flexibility, and speed. This person will mainly be expected to perform enhancements to their current pay plans as well as help build new pay plans on the Varicent platform.
5+ years' as ICM developer (2 years minimum with Varicent ICM)
Experience implementing enterprise-level models for Incentive Compensation Management systems (Varicent ICM, Xactly, Callidus, SAP Sales Cloud, Home-grown tools, etc.)
Experience building out new pay plans on Varicent platform
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Full lifecycle implementation of Varicent ICM
