Our customer, a company dedicated to Emergency Relief Response based out of San Antonio, TX is searching for a Salesforce Administrator to support their growing IT organization.
the Administrator is responsible for maintaining and maturing the organization's use of Salesforce. The Administrator is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the application and its ability to scale with program growth. Along with a team composed of developers, administrators, and other support roles, this position will help maintain, secure, and improve and expand the use Salesforce applications.
- 2-6 Years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment
- Experience delivering system and process training
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Developer certifications
