Our passion to bring our best thinking forward everyday drives our success. We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. What you’ll do: Project Managers serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing clients on the project and are responsible for the end-to-end project management with internal teams and successful delivery of concurrent projects across multiple media channels including, but not limited to digital, video, print and social media. The position calls for broad knowledge of the digital and print landscape and the ability to lead campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams, marketing partners, business stakeholders and external technical teams. The Project Manager ensures the team is set up for success, and helps the team stay focused on the goals. PMs are effective communicators between marketing clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders. At any given time, PMs must be able to manage a workload of approximately 5-25 projects with life cycles of several weeks to several months. Specific responsibilities include: • Develop a solid partnership with the creative team to provide a strong and unified face to the client. • Deliver feedback that is strategic, clear and actionable for the team. • Manage client expectations on projects, including timing, scope, and next steps. • Create project schedules and manage workflow in the agency’s project management system • Communicate with creative and production teams, monitor project status, and move projects forward by removing blockers, mitigating risks and escalating friction points • Act as liaison between technical, creative and planning/strategy teams to ensure the end result delivers on time • Assess and consult on technical feasibility and approach for projects; ensure technical and functional requirements are documented as needed • Have a solid grasp of basic and advanced project management principles along with having experience in successfully applying and advancing those principles • Partner with multiple teams to support projects within a cohort • Act as primary or support project manager as needed • Offer feedback, participate and pilot team and agency initiatives
