Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a large Oil and Gas employer based in Downtown Houston. This will be a hybrid position going onsite 3 days per week. This person will be supporting an internal company recruiting team, and must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This person will perform full cycle recruiting for business and commercial function roles. They will work on high volume of requisitions per day depending on time of year, peak seasons being in August and January. They will also conduct training sessions internally, attend planning sessions and perform process improvements, extend offers to employees, upload and report documentation, and work with key stakeholders within the organization. This TA rep will support roles such as sales, business consultants, planner, strategic roles, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent



3-5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience



1 year of experience utilizing an ATS



General HR/Onboarding knowledge



Demonstrated experience with MS Office



Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service



Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent



Business or commercial recruiting experience



Experience supporting senior leaders



Experience with Workday



Experience with SharePoint
