Insight Global is seeking a Firm Manager for one of our trial attorney clients that focus on personal injury law. This position will be located in Houston, TX.
In this role you will wear multiple hats and be responsible for many different things on a daily basis. You will manage business functions as well as the overall operations of the Law Office. You will have the general responsibility for financial planning and controls, as well as personnel administration and the administration of physical facilities and systems. You will need to help identify and plan for the changing needs of the organization and sharing responsibility with the appropriate partners for strategic planning sessions.
Additional responsibilities are below:
- Financial management -- planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, general ledger accounting and other financial management functions.
- Human Resource Management -- aid with legal staff recruiting, training and development, performance evaluation and salary administration, employee relations, benefits administration, and other human resource management functions for legal, paralegal and support staff
- Facilities Management -- includes space planning and design, inventory control, records storage (electronic and paper), telecommunications, mail and other facilities management functions
