One of Insight Global's premier clients is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join their global incident management team. This person is the first line of leadership when any major incident happens in any area of business including application, infrastructure, and finance. This person's day to day will be monitoring the command ticket center, assess the ticket/situation, qualify as a major incident, create priorities and plan of action and engage the appropriate teams. You will be responsible for the entire process from start to finish including all documentation and communication. This includes keeping the respective technology teams informed, maintaining the incident diary, and creating the post incident review. This person will be interacting with very high level individuals like the CTO, directors, senior managers, and heads of departments so great communication is an absolute must! Hours for this role are non traditional including weekends and evenings - shifts starting from 6am.
