The client is currently looking for 2 PO/BAs to join their team for a long-term opportunity. These two resources will be working on the same overall platform. The product is heavily focused on BI Reporting (specifically Looker). The platform is called Enterprise Reporting & Analytics (ERA)
Day-to-Day
- Own, maintain and produce actionable technical requirements
- Ownership of reports team delivery lifecycle
- Identify and communicate gaps in requirements (escalate potential issues)
- Gain consensus among stakeholders for requirements to be implemented
- Backlog refinement / reassessment of roadmaps for PI Planning's
- Cross team collaboration (meetings)
- Proactive needs assessments
- Ownership of action items / task management
- Validation and acceptance that deliverables meet business requirements
- Bridge between business and technical stakeholders
- Agile / Kanban knowledge and understanding
- Excels in a fast-paced environment with new information often coming in
- Experience leading teams that design, architect, and implement BI reporting products
- External customer involvement
- Onshore required
- Remote candidate is OK, Target Las Colinas TX office
- Central time zone business working hours
