A client of Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE Workday HRIS Test Analyst whose primary responsibility will be system administration, troubleshooting and providing system support and maintaining data quality. Primarily they will be testing, providing Workday updates, data conversion, and governance. This person will be responsible for assisting with reporting, HRIS configuration work and testing. This role must have knowledge in maintaining HRIS Workday system and other HR applications and tools to provide system support. You will partner with HR, Payroll and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and provide support, triage and resolve, system launches, enhancements, and other systems changes/fixes. In the future you will be assisting in implementing the Learning management system. This role will be 100% remote Monday-Friday.
1-2 years of hands-on experience working with and maintaining HR Systems
Previous experience with testing Workday Configuration
Experience providing Workday updates, Data conversions, and governance
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Superior problem-solving abilities and exceptional analytical, quantitative, quantitative and deduction skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
