Job Description

One of the largest food distribution company in the world is looking for a REMOTE Vulnerability Management Analyst to join their Vulnerability and Threat Management program. This person will play a key role in identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities along with determining best practices for remediation (will be more front end focused on the prioritization of vulnerabilities and finding the right was to remediate). The organization has a vulnerability management tool (Tenable.io) which has an ongoing schedule of scans, so on a daily basis this person will be responsible for ensuring scans were run, addressing the issues that resulted, and overall properly prioritize the findings and creating a remediation plan for the support teams. Additionally, this person will be responsible for creating the schedule for these vulnerability scans as well as managing the tool.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management (5+ years overall in IT)

Experience configuring and conducting vulnerability scans using vulnerability tracking software (preferably with Tenable.io)

Ability to interpret threat and vulnerability data from the scanning tools and properly prioritize findings / remediate

Strong understanding of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Tenable.io scanning tool

Experience with Kenna platform

Certifications related to specific tools or incident response
