A healthcare company in the Medical Center is looking for an Epic Reporting Analyst to join their Community Connect team. This person will be responsible for the support and implementations within this group on the ambulatory and cadence side. The position entails assisting, training, and supporting customers with the operation and administration of systems. With reporting being a pain point within the group right now, this person will be responsible for visiting the 20 different practices, identifying reporting/billing issues, and creating solutions with their current system. This person is expected to troubleshoot issues and work with vendors on issue resolution around professional billing and the reporting. They will partner with customers to increase understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies. Responsibilities may include creating, documentation and assisting other IT groups and teams with issues and problems.
3+ years of experience as an Epic Reporting Analyst or similar role
Clarity Data Model Certification (PB, ambulatory, cadence)
Experience with general ledger reporting within Epic Professional Billing
Proficient designing, developing, and implementing SQL extracts
