One of DFWs leading healthcare clients is looking for a call center representative to join their team in Fort Worth. This individual will be responsible for taking calls, emails, and chats. They will be monitoring life safety of equipment telephone triage, paging out codes for the medical staff, transferring patients that have called in, etc. This is a mid shift position on site.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a call center
-Ability to type 30 words per minute
-Needs to be able to go on site every single day
