We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise ITSM ServiceNow Leader to join our organization. As a ServiceNow Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, administration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform within our enterprise environment. Your primary focus will be to align IT service management processes with industry best practices, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience. You will work with a team of ServiceNow professionals, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of IT service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience working with IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow leader, including successful implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform in large-scale enterprise environments. Need to have handled global implementation
- Understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue, and Service Level Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configurations including workflows, UI policies, business rules and integrations.
- Bachelors degree
- SNOW certification
