Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a remote client. This individual can work in any time zone as it is a fully remote role. This individual must have program and project management skills with Azure. This individual must also have basic technical knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft and RedHat as well as familiarity with OS platforms. The BSA will be responsible for working within the Solution Implementation team however the BSA will work across the organization to help drive various scope items including server builds, design documentation, and testing of requirements. While the BSA will not own specific deliverables, output artifacts as solutions design documents, and test results will be expected deliverables. This individual should be intellectually curious, well versed with Technical aspects of application & systems, strong team player demonstrating positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
* 5+ years of experience in information technology (IT)
* Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, working closely with cross-organizational technology teams
* Highly organized and motivated self-starter, who can deliver results with minimal direction.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Hands on experience as a technical business / systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed and remote workforce.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills with ability to distill key data points and effectively present information.
* A team player with good organizational, collaborative, taking ownership, multitasking and people skills
* Capable of chairing and coordinating analysis and planning sessions
