Job Description

A Fortune 50 Healthcare client in the Austin, TX area is looking to add a fully remote Drupal Developer to their team! The development team is seeking a Senior Level Drupal Developer who is proficient in Drupal theming, site building, and/or backend development. Ideal skills include PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating. The ideal candidate would be active in the Drupal community, contributing back to the Drupal code base via patches, contributed modules, or themes. This role will work on both the Back-End & Front-End of Drupal Development.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Drupal development experience with 2+ years of Drupal 8+

- Combination of both FE & BE drupal development (More FE focused)

- Experience creating custom, contrib, & core modules

- Experience with Drupal Theming & Twig

- Strong background in PHP, and MySQL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Interest or experience in security (pentesting, identifying and remediating security issues, etc.)

- Quality Assurance (QA) testing and automation experience (unit testing, functional testing, CI/CD testing automation, etc.)

- Performance optimization and/or testing experience (Lighthouse testing, reverse caching proxy configuration, Redis, Memcached, etc.)

- Drupal or Symfony Certifications

- Acquia and/or AWS experience

- Active in the Open Source community
