Job Description Summary

This role is an entry level to multiple technology positions. Performs commoditized activities which may include monitoring event management service requests and engineering. Technical Analysts will build foundational experience in network systems application access requests production support or security engineering.

Job Description

Cloud/Email Architecture and Engineering is looking for a technical analyst that can assist the team with project coordination project tracking engineering documentation and lab testing/validation on our Microsoft 365 Engineering team. The candidate should be a self-motivated and organized individual with a strong interest in learning technology and have interest in client impacting tools and services. The candidate must work well with others within a team environment and be able to follow through on actions and tasks needed for key projects. The candidate will be working within an agile environment to help coordinate and track critical email projects within the team.

Required technical expertise:

General technology competencies and understanding

Knowledge of how to use general productivity tools such as Microsoft Office applications

Microsoft Windows and use of email and other collaboration tools and applications ie. Teams Skype etc.

Understanding of technology terminology and concepts i.e. email IM etc.

Desired Skills

Working experience with email technologies and email protocols.

Knowledge of Microsoft application services i.e. M365 Exchange Outlook etc.

Project management and coordination.

Good writing and communications skills.

Self-starter and can learn quickly with little guidance
