The High-Volume Hiring (HVH) team mission is to "Own products and technologies that enable WW Ops businesses to meet their hiring demand for associates in a cost-efficient manner while upholding the brand." Our products and technologies enable WW Ops businesses to hire full-time, part-time and seasonal associates in a variety of roles (e.g. picking, packing, sorting, delivering, customer service) across several businesses such as Fulfilment Centers (FC), Sort Centers (SC), Logistics (AMZL), Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF), Customer Service (CS), Air and Drivers. In 2023, HVH will continue to innovate, scale and drive efficiency in the associate hiring process.

WWOps HR team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Sr. Program Manager to define the future of how we scale and support its global workforce across all phases of the employee lifecycle. As the Sr. PM, you will deliver clear business requirements that Engineers will use to bring your vision to life. You'll help drive the day-to-day feature development schedule from requirements through to release, own the end to end life-cycle, and define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the project. You will manage projects from end-to-end, distill complicated concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals at all levels of an organization, and cultivate deep trust with key stakeholders. Ours is a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization where tackling ambiguity in a collaborative way is essential to personal, team, and customer success.
Program management here is inherently cross-functional. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic decisions grounded in data. You will work closely with business teams, leaders, and dedicated engineering teams in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. Other key responsibilities include monitoring the execution of the project, providing project progress to stakeholders, and ensuring appropriate levels of quality to maintain the overall integrity of the project.
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
* Product Management experience with direct product ownership.
* 3 years working at a software company focused on customer experience with a large number of users.
* Experience with end to end product delivery
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated track record of building complex, large-scoped projects from concept to cash.
* Experience working directly with Engineers in an Agile development environment.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
* Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
* Demonstrated track record of strong written and verbal communication to crisply communicate product status updates.
* Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
* Understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
* Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
* Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to successfully interact and influence across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers.
