An employer is looking for a Remote Financial Analyst to join their team. This person will coordinate the annual budget, periodic forecast, and monthly close processes for the FP&A team and perform heavy data manipulation with large sets of data. Other responsibilities include performing variance and trend analysis, creating KPIs and reporting packages through data analysis, assisting with the NetSuite implementation, and working cross-divisionally as needed. The Financial Analyst will balance the financial needs of the company and forecast how those short-term and long-term needs fit into growth initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or economics
3+ years of FP&A experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables/v-lookups with large data sets)
Heavy data manipulation experience
