Job Description
An employer in Nashville, TN is looking for a remote Compensation Manager to join their team. The Compensation Manager will oversee all compensation initiatives and analyze the effectiveness of compensation plans. They will own the commissions process, ensure that compensation plans and incentive structures are operational, and implement competitive, cost effective and compliant plans while maintaining the confidentiality of all data. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert to support sales representatives and work cross divisionally to mentor peers in compensation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related field
1-2 years of experience working with compensation plans
Intermediate Excel skills
Xactly or related compensation management software experience
