A large client of Insight Global is looking for a principal process engineer to sit in Memphis, TN or Cadet, MO with about 25% travel to each plant. This is a global postion and will not have any direct reports, but will oversee multiple projects. This candidate will communicate with engineers, contractors and plant workers due to this company having multiple partners, so this candidate will give direction to all resources (internal and external) . This candidate will oversee the plants, as one plant is being built, so help with creating new ignitives and plans. This individual will also be resposible for focusing on on new or retrofit process design, process optimization, introduction of new products, innovation of existing products, continuous improvement of key performance measurements, troubleshooting of plant operations, digital technologies for Manufacturing 4.0 journey, and toll manufacturing opportunities to meet business plan and strategy.
-10+ years of experience in manufacturing or process design
-Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering
-5+ years of experience with product improvement, balance troubleshooting, or process and design
-Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
-Project Management experience
