Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead a high-performing specialty electronics manufacturing facility supporting defense and aerospace customers. The site designs and manufactures complex circuit boards and electronic assemblies used in missile guidance, satellite launch, and other mission-critical applications. This business segment generates approximately $200M in annual revenue and employs roughly 200 team members.
The VP of Operations will be a visible, plant-floor-focused leader responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, scalability, and growth while maintaining exceptional quality standards for government customers including the Army, Navy, and Department of Defense.

Required Skills & Experience

Director or Executive-level operations leadership experience within electronics manufacturing.
Strong background in PCB (printed circuit board) manufacturing and electronic assembly environments.
Experience leading EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) or specialty electronics manufacturing operations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Supply chain management experience
