4-6+ years of experience in RPA Development/Automation Engineering
Strong UiPath experience, including UiPath Orchestrator
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases (Oracle acceptable)
Software engineering experience beyond pure RPA development
Experience evaluating when RPA is the right solution versus APIs, scripting, or integrations
Experience building and supporting automation solutions in enterprise environments
Understanding of Agile development methodologies and working from backlog items
Experience collaborating in team-based development environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Required Skills & Experience
A client of Insigh Global is seeking a mid-to-senior level RPA Engineer to support a new automation initiative focused on facility reimbursement and arbitration processes. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing automation solutions while helping the team determine when UiPath is the appropriate tool versus alternative solutions such as APIs, scripting, or integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with UiPath Orchestrator, SQL databases, and a software engineering background that allows them to think beyond traditional RPA development. Experience working in Agile environments, managing work through backlogs, and collaborating within development teams is highly desired. This person will partner closely with engineering leadership and existing automation resources to improve automation efficiency, reduce process bottlenecks, and help build a more collaborative engineering culture within the RPA team. Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and .NET/C# environments is considered a strong plus.
