Job Description
• Support HR initiatives for Schneider Electric's Smyrna manufacturing facility
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Support employee learning and development programs
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and plant events
• Participate in employee committees, including One Voice and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Assist with career fairs and community recruiting events
• Partner with the HR Manager on daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support employee relations matters, onboarding/offboarding activities, and conflict resolution efforts

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of HR experience (internship or professional experience)
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Microsoft 365)
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing/plant environment
• Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Manufacturing or plant HR experience
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives
• Career fair or recruiting event experience
• Project management experience or exposure
• Experience supporting Diversity & Inclusion programs
• Exposure to labor relations or conflict resolution
• HRIS experience
