Job Description
We are seeking a Visual Designer to join a fast-paced retail creative team, where you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets across social media, paid media, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels. This role requires a strong eye for design, readability, and brand consistency, with the ability to follow established design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines while ensuring assets perform effectively across various platforms and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will contribute to creative concept development, maintain strong visual hierarchy and messaging clarity, and deliver high-quality work in a rapid, deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, motion designers, and web authoring specialists, as well as attention to detail in sizing, user experience, and platform-specific requirements. Beyond executing existing creative standards, this individual will bring fresh ideas and innovative design approaches to help improve animations, enhance visual engagement, and drive greater user adoption and interaction with the brand's digital experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3+ years of experience in visual design for digital or social media (Need to know for paid media how to do socials ex. Tik Tok, Meta, Youtube)
Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand execution skills
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and digital best practices
Experience working within established brand voice guidelines.
Exceptional written English proficiency
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Design first mindset with strong aesthetic judgement
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with U.S.-based consumer or retail brands.
Ability to contribute to campaign concepting.
Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Teams.
Experience working in high-volume production environments.
