Job Description
The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the service team by scheduling technicians, coordinating service calls, communicating with customers, and ensuring work orders are completed accurately and efficiently. This individual serves as a key point of contact between customers, field personnel, and internal teams to help drive timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, coordination, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Professional customer-facing communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses
Experience dispatching field service technicians.
Background supporting low-voltage, construction, security, fire alarm, HVAC, telecommunications, or service operations teams.
Experience with service management, ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems.
Prior invoicing, billing, or purchase order experience.
Knowledge of service-level agreements (SLAs) and work order management.
Experience coordinating subcontractors or vendors.
