Job Description

The IT Integration Lead is responsible for driving the technical integration, and cutover execution for the transition of 3rd Party Integrations from a legacy ERP system to a modern, cloud based ERP platform. This role serves as the central point of coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems, and an efficient go live process. The IT Integration Lead will define the cutover steps for the 3rd party integrations and oversee the timeline and coordination of execution.

This role is responsible for leading the integration and cutover efforts associated with a cloud-based ERP implementation. The individual will oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions connecting the ERP system with internal and third-party applications, while also ensuring the creation and maintenance of integration specifications and interface monitoring processes. They will work closely with both business and technical teams to validate data ingestion and output, resolve discrepancies, and support iterative testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and performance testing, while managing defect tracking and resolution across all phases. Acting as the primary technical liaison, this person will coordinate with ERP vendors, integration partners, and consulting teams—facilitating working sessions, monitoring deliverables, and driving alignment across stakeholders. Additionally, they will lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution by building detailed plans, managing dependencies and contingencies, coordinating mock cutovers and go-live activities, and communicating progress and status updates to leadership. This role also requires strong project leadership across cross-functional teams, with the ability to clearly communicate risks, timelines, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
