Job Description
My client is looking for a Construction Manager to join their active construction project onsite for their client in Johnsonville, TN. This is a new construction project of an industrial facility that is 65% through completion and transitioning into the interior and MEP portion of the project. The construction manager will be full-time onsite and oversee the day to day operations of the general contractor. They will run daily meetings, conduct site walks, make sure daily QA/QC logs are submitted, and address any problems that arise with the schedule and budget of the job.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of construction management experience working for a general contractor as a PM or as a construction manager/owners rep for the end-client
- at least one project experience (recently) in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- previous chemical manufacturing experience
