Job Description

In this role, you will be out on the production floor working closely with supervisors and operations leaders to gather key production data from whiteboards, logs, and team inputs, then accurately enter and maintain that information in Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools. They will spend a significant portion of their time organizing and validating data, updating trackers related to production metrics like downtime, quality, labor, and attendance, and building charts and visual reports that help leadership understand performance trends. In addition to reporting, they will support the operations team with administrative tasks such as preparing meeting materials, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and assisting with internal communications. This role also partners with plant leadership on continuous improvement efforts, helping present data insights, support audits, and assist with ad hoc reporting or special projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting plant leadership or operations teams in a manufacturing setting
-Expertise in Excel production tracking systems, or electronic reporting tools
-Experience with Excel automation (Macros/VBA) and maintaining reporting tools
-Experience creating dashboards or visual performance reports

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Associate degree or administrative coursework
-Familiarity with Copilot/AI tools to streamline reporting and summarizing data
-Bilingual
