Our client is seeking 8 full-time Technical Recruiters who operate with intensity, intellectual rigor, and a strong sense of ownership to join a fast pace, high growth, cutting edge technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional technical talent that will directly impact the company’s future.
You will act as a strategic talent partner; developing strong conviction on candidates, understanding motivations, and communicating clearly and effectively throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly driven, thrives in fast paced environments, and is motivated by the challenge of attracting top tier talent in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partnering closely with technical leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and team priorities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, assessment, closing, and overall candidate experience
- Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations, decision drivers, and long-term goals to effectively guide and close top talent
- Operate with urgency while maintaining high quality and sound judgement
- Continuously refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring velocity
- Leverage data to:
- - Improve candidate ROI
- - Increase conversion rates
- - Enhance process efficiency
- - Inform stakeholders on hiring trends and pipeline health
- Proactively identify and engage candidates through creative sourcing strategies, networks, and targeted outreach
- Deliver a high quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-5 years in a technical recruiting role (highly prefer previous agency, start up, fortune 500 sized companies)
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing competitive candidates in a highly competitive industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging based on audience and context
- Ability to work on a flexible work schedule, clocking up to 60 hours per week on a consistent basis (required)
- Ability to report on site 5 days a week
- If not local to Memphis Metro area, relocation is required. Assistance is provided.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience hiring talent in highly technical roles
- Experience working in and managing an ATS system (Greenhouse preferred, but competitive platforms ok)
- Experience supporting hiring events and analyzing post event performance and ROI metrics for surges
