Job Description

We are seeking experienced Curriculum Developers and Trainers to design and deliver engaging training programs for internal staff using our eligibility tool. This role supports both onboarding and ongoing education through virtual learning experiences, including computer-based training, live facilitation, and self-paced modules. Trainers may also occasionally support external provider education (e.g., hospitals, nursing homes, agencies) on policy-related topics.

Required Skills & Experience

Design and develop curriculum materials including PowerPoint presentations, computer-based training modules, facilitator guides, and self-learning resources.
Deliver virtual training sessions for internal employees, focusing on onboarding and continuous learning.
Support training for upcoming tool releases and system updates.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Facilitate virtual labs and practice sessions to reinforce learning.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training delivery.
Strong proficiency in virtual training tools and e-learning platforms.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
