Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Business Analyst who has experience with networking and infrastructure projects to support a client in Nashville, TN on a hybrid working schedule onsite 2 days per week. This is a short term 3-6 month contract as they backfill a full-time employee to assist with the project currently in flight.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within retail environments
- Experience supporting retail store technology or POS/network rollouts
- Proven experience working on networking or IT infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, store networks, connectivity, etc.)
Strong experience with:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Stakeholder communication across business and technical teams
- QA/UAT coordination and execution
- Ability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity for hands-on testing and collaboration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
