Job Description
A client is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer to join their team. A resource that can work as a dedicated principal trainer to the Community Connect team. Also, serve as a liaison between the Community Connect team and the internal Epic Training Team. The trainer will be primarily responsible for virtual trainings of trainers and HMA leadership, content creation, support of the MST environment, and helping with upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience
Epic Certifications in Ambulatory
Support MST environment - Build, test, and maintain the training environment (MST)
Content creation experience – Create or update quick-reference guides (tip sheets), eLearnings, presentations, etc.
Instruction experience - Facilitate classroom or virtual training sessions for end-users. Create PowerPoint presentations and present content to providers, staff, etc.
Experience with the Epic Upgrade process (i.e., Nova notes, education)
Experience managing help desk tickets by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Cadence (preferred)
Bonus certifications include OpTime, Kaleidoscope, Radiant, and Resolute
