Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their team. Customer care is being pulled from ambulatory clinics on a daily basis. We need a resource that can help supplement the team during this transition that will have the flexibility to round customer clinics to address Epic related questions. Additionally, manage help desk tickets by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Epic knowledge - Epic credentialed or certified in Ambulatory and Cadence applications.
Experience supporting various roles and specialties
Roles - providers, nurses, techs, schedulers, front desk, etc.
Specialties - Internal Medicine, OB-GYN, Behavioral Health, Neurology, Endocrinology, Allergy, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, etc.
Local to Nashville (highly preferred)
Strong customer service experience
Managing Help Desk tickets by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely, customer-focused manner
vi. Coaching providers on efficiency tools.
