Job Description

This role focuses on AI compliance, risk assessment, vendor review support, internal governance coordination, policy support, and audit readiness activities to help ensure the Firm’s use of AI is aligned with legal, regulatory, client, and business expectations.
The Senior Analyst will work closely with GRC, IT, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and business stakeholders to support the review of third-party AI tools and internal AI systems. This role will also support client-facing AI questionnaires, outside counsel guidelines, policy development, and documentation needed for internal review, audit readiness, and potential future assurance or certification efforts related to AI governance. This position requires strong experience in compliance, governance, and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 + years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, privacy, information security, technology risk, regulatory compliance, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting technology-related compliance, privacy, security, or governance reviews in an enterprise or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts and risks, including third-party AI vendors, generative AI tools, and internal AI use cases.
• Experience drafting or supporting the development of policies, standards, procedures, or governance documentation.
• Experience supporting audits, assessments, control reviews, or compliance readiness activities.
• Experience working cross-functionally

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting AI governance, privacy, compliance, or technology risk efforts in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with AI-related regulatory developments in the U.S., UK, and EU.
• Experience supporting client-facing questionnaires, outside counsel guidelines, or similar diligence processes.
• Experience reviewing vendor security documentation, privacy materials, contracts, and product data flows.
• Knowledge of governance and control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or related privacy and security standards.
• Familiarity with emerging AI assurance frameworks, responsible AI control models, or certification approaches is a plus.
