Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to support a suite of tools within their logistics platforms. The position focuses on driving roadmap execution, translating complex modeling and data science capabilities into user-friendly business solutions, and partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own product development for network design tooling, including models that evaluate network constraints, facility footprint, aircraft fleet mix, and overall network optimization
• Translate epics and high-level requirements into actionable features, workflows, and development priorities
• Manage and execute the product roadmap; drive delivery through Agile frameworks in partnership with developers, scrum teams, and stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams—ensuring alignment, clear communication, and delivery of business value
• Lead demos, presentations, and stakeholder updates; increasingly act as a technical “development anchor”
• Document requirements and break down complex problems into logical workflows and scalable solutions
• Support automation initiatives, system workflows, and integration efforts across 5–10 tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product management, program delivery, or similar role supporting complex systems or enterprise initiatives
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (SAFe preferred)
• Proven ability to break down complex concepts into structured, deliverable solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Self-starter with high initiative, able to operate independently and drive outcomes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with data-driven or analytical products (e.g., operations research, forecasting, optimization, or AI/ML concepts
• Strong data and tooling experience (SQL, Python, Databricks, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and modern data ecosystems
• Ability to work closely with technical teams on data pipelines, APIs, and model outputs
• Exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate product development and documentation
