Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join their team. This person will be working on test projects associated with validating the functionality and performance of automated application workflows. Oversee comprehensive test strategies and plans, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable automation services. Responsible for testing existing automation products during system upgrades and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions, including data validation, functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiar with database concepts to test data interactions within automated application workflows.
• Identify and report defects encountered during testing, providing detailed descriptions and reproducing steps to facilitate issue resolution
• Provides structure, direction, and support for all project-related automation activities.
• Perform testing on all projects tied to specific upgrade windows (i.e., Epic, Workday, etc.), and updated version testing of Automation Anywhere packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure quality is embedded throughout the development
and testing lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of front and back end QA testing
-Proven experience with automation frameworks (Selenium preferred)
-Strong scripting experience in Java and/or Python
-Experience with test management tools e.g., qTest, Tosca, JIRA; Smartsheet tracking software.
-Knowledge of database technologies specifically Databricks (SQL), API testing tools (Postman), and continuous integration tools Jenkins, GitHub).
-Experience with testing/creating AI Agents and/or experience with Automation Anywhere
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Solid experience using Tableau or other reporting tools
