Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on Data Analyst to support a large‑scale Master Data Management (MDM) initiative. This role is focused on advanced data profiling, data mapping, and machine‑learning–driven analysis, helping significantly reduce manual data mapping efforts across multiple source systems.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strong Python and applied machine learning experience. The ideal candidate has worked on real‑world data migration, data platform, or system integration projects and can build scalable, reusable analytical models, not one‑off solutions.
The hourly rate for this position is $26-28/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Python experience with practical application of machine learning or advanced analytics in real projects.
Hands‑on experience with data profiling and data mapping across multiple source systems.
Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets (tens to hundreds of columns; thousands to tens of thousands of records).
Experience querying Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, with an understanding of performance and cost considerations.
Experience using SQL and Excel as supporting tools (not primary analytical tools).
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical work clearly and succinctly to stakeholders.
Comfortable working as a hands‑on individual contributor in a fast‑moving environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with AWS services (e.g., Glue, SageMaker, or similar).
Background in data migration, platform migration, or MDM‑related initiatives.
Experience working with healthcare, ERP, CRM, or billing systems.
Familiarity with model versioning, documentation standards, or governance practices
