A client of Insight Global is seeking a Finance Business Partner to serve as the primary financial liaison for a major business unit. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis while partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate has deep FP&A experience, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of financial planning & analysis experience (corporate environment preferred)
* Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
* Experience preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
* Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights
* Experience partnering with operations, accounting, and business leadership
* Ability to influence without authority and support cross‑functional initiatives
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
* Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning tools
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
* Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment (3+ years strongly preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting multi‑site business units
* Familiarity with percentage‑of‑completion revenue, long‑lead production, or large‑contract environments
* Exposure to operational KPIs, cost drivers, and production‑related financial metrics
* Additional financial systems or ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
