Product Analyst - RFP

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead and execute a high impact RFP initiative for a next generation Business Continuity platform. This role will be responsible for owning the end to end RFP process for an enterprise off the shelf product that supports hospital operations, emergency preparedness, and continuity of patient care.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, interfacing with executive and clinical stakeholders, guiding vendors through a structured evaluation process, and ensuring the right solution is selected for a mission critical healthcare environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities
• Own and lead the end to end RFP process for an enterprise Business Continuity platform
• Review and finalize existing requirements documentation and supporting artifacts
• Conduct vendor research and pre RFP analysis to ensure appropriate vendors are invited
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors throughout the RFP lifecycle
• Coordinate and manage vendor demos
• Manage demo scoring and grading,
o Distributing surveys and scorecards
• Act as first line of defense for vendor questions, escalating only when necessary
• Maintain tracking artifacts (primarily Excel based) for requirements, scores, and decisions

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
• Proven experience leading RFPs
• Strong understanding of product evaluation
• Experience coordinating vendor demos, evaluations, and selection processes
• Excellent documentation and requirements analysis skills
