Job Description
The Maintenance Technicians will support residential maintenance and repair services throughout the Nashville area. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and coordination with clients to ensure homes are safe, functional, and well maintained.
Day-to-day:
-Perform general home maintenance and minor repairs (interior and exterior)
-Conduct visual inspections of homes, including roofs and crawl spaces
-Identify maintenance issues and document needed repairs or replacements
-Complete basic carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks
-Respond to urgent maintenance calls as needed
-Coordinate and follow up with third‑party contractors and vendors when applicable
-Maintain accurate records of repairs, systems, and appliances

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of handyman or residential maintenance experience
-Proven skills in painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
-Strong working knowledge of common home systems and repairs
-Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with homeowners and vendors
-Comfortable performing inspections in crawl spaces and on roofs
