Job Description

The Enterprise Architect will design and implement enterprise-wide infrastructure systems to support the client's strategic goals. This position ensures optimal system performance, scalability, and security while fostering innovation through new technologies. Success will be measured by security compliance, system uptime, and cross-departmental integration effectiveness. This role is a true engineer doing architecture - 50% of time spent hands on engineering 50% solutioning.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years in IT infrastructure support
2+ years with Microsoft Active Directory
2+ years working with current IT department technologies
Lead experience on projects
Advanced level cloud automation virtualization
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to design and manage complex infrastructure solutions
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook
Experience with HP, Dell, Lenovo hardware
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
Familiarity / working knowledge of devops tools for automation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with enterprise architecture roadmaps and SDN implementations
Experience with cloud integrations and automation strategies
2+ years with phone hardware maintenance
Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS
