Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant for an automotive manufacturing company in Winchester, Tennessee. This role will own the Accounts Receivable function, working closely with the Controller and a small accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and timely collections in an on‑site plant environment.
Job Logistics
Shifts / Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm
Location: Winchester, Tennessee
Tools/Tech: ERP system, Excel, Microsoft Office
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process daily sales orders and shipping confirmations
• Prepare and send customer invoices, statements, and tooling invoices
• Enter and verify bank deposits based on remittance details
• Perform customer and internal account reconciliations
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and short payments
• Make collection calls and follow up on past‑due balances
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting
• Process intercompany billings
• Prepare monthly tooling reconciliations
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation

Required Skills & Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• ERP system experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
• Tier 1 automotive supplier exposure
• Epicor ERP experience
